What Condition Are The Clothes In?
All items are carefully inspected and curated. We only sell pieces that meet our quality standards: New with Tags, As New, or Excellent. Any minor flaws are always noted in the product description.
Are The Items Washed Before Being Listed?
Yes — everything is freshly laundered and ready to wear. We use a sensitive, organic detergent, followed by steaming or ironing as needed.
We ensure each item is clean, odour-free, and hygienic before shipping.
Do You Offer Returns?
Because items are preloved, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if something arrives not as described, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll work with you to rectify.
How Do You Price Your Items?
We undertake extensive research to ensure all prices are fair.
Pricing is based on the brand, original retail value, condition, rarity, and demand.
We aim to offer fair, affordable pricing whilst reflecting the quality of each item.
Shipping
How Long Will It Take For My Order to Ship?
We endeavour to have our orders shipped within 3 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Do You Offer Express Shipping?
We do!
Express Post is available for an additional fee. Perfect for last-minute gifts or urgent orders.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this stage, we only ship within Australia. International shipping may be offered in the future.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed Or Missing?
Once items are lodged with Australia Post, delays are outside our control — but we will always assist where we can and help track or follow up any delayed parcels.
If your parcel is missing, please contact us ASAP and we will work with yourself as well as Australia Post to find a resolution.
